Data deletion instructions

Use these instructions to request deletion of your Draftwell account and personal data from Draftwell AI LLC. This page is the public data-deletion URL for Draftwell applications (including Meta / Facebook App Dashboard configuration).

1. Sign in to Draftwell (web or iOS) with the account you want deleted, or have access to that account’s email inbox.
2. Email hello@draftwell.ai from the email address associated with your Draftwell account.
3. Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
4. Include your full name, Draftwell account email, and (if applicable) organization name.
5. We will verify the request and delete or anonymize personal data we control, except records we must retain for legal, security, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
6. If your data lives in an organization workspace owned by someone else, we may need an organization owner to delete the organization or remove your membership; we will tell you if that is required.
7. To stop third-party access sooner, disconnect connectors in Draftwell Settings and revoke Draftwell in Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Meta, Apple, or other provider security settings.
